In this video you can train along with basic kung fu kicks. Each kick is repeated 10 times for each leg. The following kicks are trained:
1. Front kick (qián tī tuǐ) 00:00
2. Oblique kick (xié tī tuǐ) 00:56
3. Inward swing kick (xié tī tuǐ) 01:46
4. Outward swing kick (wài bǎi tuǐ) 02:38
