Описание: As per the provisions of SRA regarding PAP it is only for Project affected person as the person is the tenant in any project and the project completed but the eligibility of the tenant decided later and no flats are left for allotment in the project then the developer should wrote to SRA department to made allotment under PAP from Estate department, SRA. PAP is only for the hutment dwellers only who are eligible in any project should get PAP flat. In the PAP procedure no sale/purchase is allowed from any of the authority. In SRA the PAP generated as provisional PAP and regular PAP in each project as per the LOI. The PAP is liable to surrender to the SRA under circular 190.
