Описание: Clusture survey is part of survey which is being conducted by the SRA authority to identify the hutment on each and every land in Mumbai in figure which is likely to develop yet. There is no difference between Survey and Cluster Survey only the survey conducted on appointment of developer by doing bio-metric and the cluster survey is being conducted by the SRA authority without appointment of developer by doing bio-metric. Cluster survey benefits the old proposal where already Annexure-2 prepared and sale purchase has been made in hutment then it should be revised by fresh survey or cluster survey in the scheme which resolves the problem of the purchasers in the scheme as the developer fails to do the project but then also the hutment dwellers have to bear the loss by preparation of Annexure-2 20 years ago. In all the projects which are being 15 years old and no work started then the whole project should be resurvey and prepare fresh Annexure-2 for the benefit of the hutment dwellers otherwise the developer blackmail them by the support of the authority.
