Hello Everyone!
I love to bake bread especially during the Fall and Winter months. This No-Knead Bread is very versatile and oh-so-good! I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

No-Knead Cheese Bread
3 1/2 C. Bread Flour
1 1/2 t. Kosher Salt
2 1/4 t. Active Dry Yeast (1 packet)
2 C. Warm water (not hot)
2 1/2 C. Grated Cheese a combination of 2-3 of these works well. (Sharp, Cheddar, Colby Jack, Parmesan, Fontina or Gruyere). Mozzarella Cheese doesn't work very well in the cheese bread, so I don't recommend using it.
4-5 Qt. Dutch Oven
Optional:
Top bread with1-2 sliced fresh jalapenos, pepperoni slices, fold in 1-2 minced garlic cloves and/or dried rosemary herbs.
In a large bowl mix dry ingredients together, add in 2 C. Warm water and gently mix until shaggy dough forms. Dough will be very sticky.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rise 2-3 hours or until double in size. Dough will be puffy, bubbly and giggle.
Place Dutch oven with lid in cold oven. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Allowing Dutch oven to heat up. While Dutch oven is heating up, empty dough out onto floured surface, pull and fold dough over, layer with cheese, continue 3 times layering dough as you go, pulling dough into a ball. transfer dough onto parchment paper. Layer with last 1/2 C. cheese.
Place dough and parchment paper in hot Dutch oven. Cover with lid. Bake @450 degrees, 35 minutes. Remove lid and bake additional 5-10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Allow bread to cool 10-20 minutes before slicing. Refrigerate leftover bread, if there is any!
