Inungkat ni SAGIP Party-list Rep. Paolo Marcoleta ang pag-thumbs-down ni Tindig Pilipinas Co-convenor Kiko Aquino-Dee sa sesyon ng Senate impeachment court noong Agosto 2025 sa pagdinig ng House Committee on Justice sa mga impeachment complaints laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte nitong Lunes (Marso 2).
Para sa mambabatas, 'misconduct' ito at kailangang obserbahan ang 'proper decorum' ni Aquino-Dee.
Kinontra ito ng ilang mambabatas gayong wala naman daw misconduct si Aquino-Dee sa pagdinig ng komite.
Dipensa ni Marcoleta, "premonition" o "warning" lang daw niya ang nasabing manipestasyon.
