FULL CUT | Hinimay ng House Committee on Justice ang apat na impeachment complaints na inihain laban kay Vice Pres. Sara Duterte ngayong Lunes, March 2.
Sa botong 22-10, opisyal na ibinasura ng komite ang unang impeachment complaint mula sa Makabayan bloc dahil sa paglabag sa "one-year bar rule."
Samantala, pormal namang binawi nina Mamamayang Liberal Rep. Leila de Lima, Akbayan Rep. Perci Cendaña, at Kiko Aquino Dee ang ikalawang reklamo upang i-consolidate ang lahat ng kanilang ebidensya at suporta sa ikatlong reklamo para mas mapabilis ang proseso.
Sa huli, idineklarang "sufficient in form" ang ikatlo at ikaapat na complaints mula kay Atty. Nathaniel Cabrera.
