How does the inner transformation take place in our threefold life, and when is it interrupted in the body?

The power that descends in a person who practices yoga and that helps him in his work of transformation. It works in many ways, and the result of the action of this energy depends on the nature that receives it and the work that is to be done within it. First of all, this power brings about a speed in the transformation of all that is ready to be transformed into the seeker. If his mind is open and receptive, then by the descent of this yogic energy, he begins to change and progress rapidly. Similarly, if his vital consciousness is ready, his change, even that of his body, takes place with the same speed.
Physical receptivity is hindered
But the transformative power of yoga works only to a certain extent in the body, because the receptivity of the body is limited. The very material element of the universe is still in such a state that it contains a great amount of resistance along with receptivity.

Does yoga practice accelerate the process of natural transformation?

On the one hand, by the action of the yogic powers, in those parts of the being which are ready to absorb and assimilate the power acting upon them, the speed of transformation increases. And thus yoga saves time. The whole world is in a process of gradual transformation, and if we decide to practice yoga, we bring about an acceleration of this process going on within us. The work that would normally take years to do can be done by yoga in a few days, even in a few hours. But it is our inner consciousness which obeys this quickening impulse; Because only the higher parts of our base follow the concentrated movement of yoga with alacrity and because of this movement they continue to do with greater ease what they need to constantly unite with it and establish compatibility, while on the other hand the body is generally tamasic and insensitive and if there is something in this part of you which does not respond to the above transformation, if there is any resistance, it is because like the rest of the being, it is unable to move quickly, it takes time. Just as it wants to live a simple life, it also wants to live a yogic life.

How does the inner being progress in the fourth dimension, and why does the inertia of the body become a hindrance?

The mental being and the vital being of man follow as far as possible the course of the universal forces and co-operate in inner transformation and growth, but the body, bound by the laws of nature, moves very slowly. Thus, the discrepancy between the internal and external being of the practitioner of yoga increases until special precautions are taken and an additional protection is obtained by which the body is helped to keep pace with the internal progress as far as possible. Yet it is the very nature of the body to pull you back. That is why there is no need to hurry; we have to give time to let the body follow. Disease is always the result of falling back into anesthesia because of not being able to bear the speed of transformation.

In Karma Yoga, how to live life by making life divine through the body?

In earthly life, in meditation, knowledge, and love, the mind can balance the thoughts to a great extent by harmonizing them. Still, in karma, it is not so easy, where the thought does not end mechanically one after the other, which has no justification. If the situation is not favorable, if the difficulty comes, then all the attention is engaged in increasing the trouble, and then the support of the soul is also found. That is why all yogic practices that avoid karma ultimately aim at being in higher consciousness through samadhi, nivana, dhyana, or being in love with your East through bhakti.

Sadhana through karma in worldly life is as simple as well as difficult; therefore, if one remains devoted to the psychic center by creating inner-mind, inner-life, and inner-body synthesis while living in external material life, then the situation can be adapted, and then this karma becomes the means of accomplishment. Karma is difficult because if the whole situation goes against the seeker, against the work, then there is no peaceful coordination within, and there is bound to be a struggle.

In Integral yoga, one has to live by making knowledge, love, and karma the medium and bringing down the true consciousness from all levels of consciousness, and making life divine.
