Chole
Ingredients
Boiled chickpeas
1medium onion chopped
2 tomatoes diced
Gg paste
Red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Salt to taste
Lemon
Cilantro
Oil for cooking
Method
In a pan add oil add onions cooked add gg paste red chili powder turmeric powder cumin powder coriander powder salt to taste and add tomatoes cook it for 15 to 20 mins add boiled chick peas ( chana chole )cook it add cilantro and lemon juice chole is ready
Serve hot
