I continue my "How to Twirl a Baton" channel with the "Novice Baton Twirling" series by teaching my version of a palm spin. This is a basic, fun twirl that I have found a lot of my new twirling students enjoy learning!

This tutorial video goes over basic technique, the horizontal twirl, and the palm spin twirl. I go over this move step by step making sure to go over proper body work and technique. Make sure your free hand is always on your hip, your feet are in a right or left t, and you are using good posture. Don't forget to smile!
