I continue my "How to Twirl a Baton" channel with the "Novice Baton Twirling" series by teaching my version of an elbow roll. This move is one of the most common rolls in baton, so it is very important to learn it and to learn it right! This trick will also build up to more difficult, flashy rolls that you will learn later on through my channel. I go over this move step by step making sure to go over proper body work and technique.

*Note-Make sure you place the baton onto your arm. Don't throw it or hold it on the end!
