แป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์ 10 กรัม
เกลือนิดหน่อย

ครัวซองต์ที่ใช้ ค้างคืนมาแล้ว 1 คืน กินไม่หมด

โรยหน้าด้วยอัลมอนด์สไลด์ ตามชอบ

เตาอบ :ไฟ 170 องศา 15 นาที
หม้อทอดไร้น้ำมัน: ไฟ 150 องศา 10 นาที
(หรือถ้าปิดหน้าฟอยล์อะลูมิเนียม ไฟ 180 องศา 10 นาที,
เอาฟอยล์ออกอีก 5 นาที ลดไฟ 150 )
