Schuller for TMJs Radiographic Positioning Demonstration

Schuller for TMJs: Place patient in a lateral position with IOML parallel to the floor. Angle the tube 25-30 degrees caudal and center 0.5" anterior and 2.5" - 3" superior to up-side TMJ (if angled 25 degrees, use 2.5" superior... if angled 30 degrees, use 3" superior). CR should exit down-side TMJ and bilateral views should be performed with open and closed mouth exposures. Thanks to Jerre Erwin and George Hutti for their collaboration in this video!
