Lal bhoplyacha halwa is another fasting recipe. Lal bhopla means pumpkin. You can have it as dessert on the days other than fasting days too. This is very easy and simple recipe. Do try this halwa at home and leave a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Ghee
• 2 cups Grated Lal bhopla / Pumpkin
• 1 cup Sugar
• 125 gm Khawa / Mawa / Khoya
• Dry fruits
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add ghee and grated pumpkin.
• Fry pumpkin for about 2 minutes.
• Cover and steam pumpkin for about 5-6 minutes on medium
heat.
• After steaming remove the lid and add sugar, khoya and dry fruits.
• Mix everything well together.
• Cover and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
• Remove the lid and cook again on medium heat for about 10-15
minutes until it thickens up.
• When halwa thickens up, turn off the gas and cardamom powder.
• Mix well and halwa is already.
• You can store the halwa in freeze for about 7-8 days.
