Exercise Tutorial: TRX I Deltoid Fly

Описание: Stand facing the anchor point with the handles in your hands.
Lean back until your arms are straight.
Keeping your arms straight, raise them overhead, then lower under control.
Make sure the movement comes from the arms and upper back by keeping your body straight and not bending at the hips.
