Why are so many people depressed in their 30s?

Описание: People in their 30s, millennials, as we call them in this very moment, are one of the most vulnerable generations in the history of mankind when it comes to depression. And I am part of that generation. And it is hard not to notice. Suicides and overdoses among young adults were already skyrocketing before the covid19 pandemic started. Now experts fear that the situation is going to get even worse.


But maybe there is some silver lining or some solution...
