Devlog about developing a game environment, built solo using the Panda3D game engine.
Experimenting with gpu instances wind animation on foliages using a custom GLSL vertex shader. Each plant sways independently.
The project continues as an exploration of the core techniques behind 3D game engine Panda3D, bringing them all together. Falling leaves particle effect included.
