Alice shares her idea the ageism is the invisible ism that every person experiences. She takes us though movements led by young people and what we can do to challenge the assumption that youth are “just too young.”
Alice Liou is an educator who works with young people to use design and storytelling as a means to amplify youth voice and build critical community. She is a current Ph.D. student at Columbia University, studying Ethnic Studies and constructionism in education. Previously, Alice was a middle school teacher, a curriculum designer, and an educational researcher.
