Hip bridges are one of my favorite ways to strengthen your hips - which helps your knees.
In today's video I show you 6 basic ways to do the hip bridge + 5 advanced options + 1 BONUS move that can be very good for your low back.
Remember - your knees are about more than your knees! What happens at your hip joint affects your thigh which affects your knee. Plus, the hamstrings are a primary mover of your knee and strengthening them will help your knee to be stronger.
