South Indian Mutton Curry is a hot, spicy, and aromatic mutton curry inspired by the Chettinad style of cooking from the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. I am using goat meat for this recipe, Goat Meat is called "Mutton" in India, hence the recipe is called South Indian Mutton Curry. This extremely aromatic curry evokes the flavors of South India as the aroma of the spices fills your kitchen. The curry takes a bit of effort but the results are worth it. Give it a try and enjoy!
