Lindsey's Complex Rhinoplasty at One Year Post-Op with Dr. Kian

Описание: We celebrated a very special occasion — the one year anniversary of Lindsey's complex rhinoplasty! There’s no such thing as an easy rhinoplasty, but Lindsey’s nose really put my skills to the test. Lindsey had one of the worst septum deviations I’ve ever encountered, which was quite obvious from the external portion of her nose. And from the profile, she really didn’t have a bad nose so we just did a little bit of reduction of her bump, and little elevation of her tip. But her priority, of course, was to look natural, to look like herself. Aside from her primary goals of correcting her crooked nose and improve her breathing, another motivating factor for Lindsey was to look and feel her best on her wedding day. I love seeing my patients really radiate confidence in their wedding photos, because it’s such an important day and those photos are forever.

As a Nurse Practitioner in the aesthetic industry, Lindsey was very aware of how surgical outcomes can look, and she has access to see any surgeon in the world, so I’m forever grateful she chose me to be the surgeon for her nose. I want to also Lindsey because she’s been so transparent throughout the process. We filmed her whole journey, from pre-op, to surgery and throughout entire post-operative process, which she has been sharing updates on her own Instagram. This transparency and willingness to share such a personal journey, the good, the bad and even the ugly, is so important for others considering surgical procedures like #rhinoplasty, because it gives people hope, it gives them courage to embark on this journey for themselves.
