I performed a deep plane lower face & necklift, upper & lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer to forehead, temples, under-eye hollows, smile lines (nasolabial folds), chin, earlobes and hands, and we completed her six hour surgery with laser resurfacing around the eyes and mouth. While this might sound extreme, I really took a ‘less is more’ approach for Nancy’s case.
