On this flight from Abu Dhabi to Manila, I review their classic Boeing 777 business class - a product that once set industry standards, but today clearly shows its age.

And just like the airline itself, the experience turns out to be a roller coaster:
• a fantastic lounge
• elegant Armani bedding
• solid dining concept

… mixed with outdated hardware, inconsistent details, and moments that feel surprisingly un-premium.

In other words:
A fallen angel — still flying, but still searching for its cruising altitude.
