My family was having seafood for dinner and I didn't want to be left out. I'm so glad I found Tabitha Brown's hearts of palms recipe to help me stay on track with my vegan journey. #veganforhealth
This took me 30 min. from start to finish so if your a busy vegan such as myself, this is the recipe for you!!
Vegan Fried Fish with Hearts of Palm
Gently Separate palms with a fork
Seasonings used:
Garlic Powder
Dill Weed
Old Bay
Furikake
Batter with your favorite vegan fish fry
cook for 3 min. on each side
Oil used for frying:
Vegetable oil
