Ingredients:

Fish:

1 can of hearts of palm
3 tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped seaweed
Oil for frying

Fish batter:
1/3 cup all purpose unbleached
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup chickpea flour or All Purpose flour
2 tbs Ocean's Essence by @Kendospice or old bay
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs onion powder
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper

Wet batter:
1.5 cup plant milk
1 tbs hot sauce
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tbs of the Dry batter
