1. Bulgarian bag(strong model 17kg) slow burpee with cobra push up & Sots press 6 reps
2. Clubbell(35lb) 2H Gamma cast with alt corkscrew footing lunge 6 reps
3. Kali stick striking drills
round 1 : double sticks basics
round 2 : single stick combos
round 3 : single stick combos
round 4 : modified sinawali / top thruster / twirling redonda / modified umbrella / reverse sinawali / reverse twirling redonda / reverse umbrella / triangle / square / xbox / asterisk
round 5 : double sticks combos
