पनीर फिरदोषी ऐसा लाजवाब पनीर की ऊँगली चाट ते रह जाओगे
Ingredients are:-
For Gravy
2 tbsn Desi Ghee
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsn coriander seeds
3-4 Green Cardamom
2-3 cloves
1 inch ginger
1 cloves of garlic
2 Red Onion
3 Red Tomato
2 Green Chilli
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsn Deghi mirch
A pinch of turmeric Powder
1 glass of Water
boil it and grind after that finish it with
2 tbsn Desi Ghee
3 tbsn ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsn deghi mirch
Add Gravy
add salt as required
1 tbsn honey
1/4 coriander powder
4 droop Rose Water
4 droop Kevra Water
A pinch of cardamom powder
2 tbsn Cooking Cream
1tbsn fennel powder (sonf)
For Filling Mixture
50 gm paneer
40 gm khoya
1 tbsn almonds
1 tbsn cashew
1 tbsn raisins
1 tbsn chopped coriander
1/3 tbsn deghi mirch
1 drop Rose Water
1/4 cardamom powder
1/4 chaat masala
1/4 coriander powder
Salt to taste
