• almonds -15 gm
• kismis - 15 gm
• pista - 10 gm
• Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
• salt - to taste
• cardamom powder - 1/2 tspn
• black papper - 1/2 tspn
For Gravy
• Spinach -300 gm
• oil - 1 tspn
• cumin seed - 1 tspn
• whole red chilli -3 no.
• chop garlic - 10 gm
• salt - to taste
• cumin powder - 1/2 tspn
• Garam Masala - a pinch
• coriander powder - 1/2 town
for garnishing
• cream
• Rogan
