Landscape Photography : Isle of Harris, Lewis and Skye and Beyond (Part One)

Whilst I’ve visited Scotland many times, this is my first visit to the island of Harris and Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. Along with Skye, probably the most iconic of Scottish landscape photography locations. In typically Hebridean fashion I experienced every weather condition but the first day brought amazing warm calm sunshine !

I’m a photographer of anything and everything that I think enriches and enhances our planet. Wildlife, landscapes, travel, places and people. I finally decided that I wanted to make a record of the trips I do, not only for myself to look back on but hopefully also to inspire others to get out there, either with or without a camera.

More accessories than I really need but waterproof socks were top of the list on Harris!
