Schezwan Fried Rice - is a Spicy Indo-Chinese Fried Rice Dish with deep Chilli-Garlic Flavor.
This is not an authentic recipe. I have made adjustments to suit the taste buds of my folks at home.
You can make it with only veggies, or only eggs/ chicken, or mixed.
List if ingredients
8-10 pods of garlic
2-3 green chilly
1 medium size onion
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup capsicum
1/4 cup cabbage
1/4 cup spring onions
1/4 cup french beans
2 - 2 1/2 cups of cooked rice
1/4 cup boneless chicken ( marinated it with ginger garlic paste salt, chilly powder and a pinch of garam masala powder)
3 eggs
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder as per taste
Soy sauce as required
Schezwan sauce as required
