This quick and healthy low-carb recipe is an easy and delicious option to replace bread for a snack or breakfast. It has no flour (gluten-free), is low in carbohydrates, is rich in fiber and protein, and uses few ingredients. It can help you lose weight and lose weight healthily. 📋 INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons of olive oil ( • The Best COOKING OILS (and the Worst!) )
50ml of water
4 tablespoons of oat bran
Salt to taste
Makes 2 servings, each with approximately 254 calories, 8g of carbohydrates (3g of fiber), 9g of protein, and 19g of fat.
For optional filling, I used mozzarella and tomato. Use your preferred fillings.
