Описание: In this heartfelt and poetic talk, Daniela reads a letter to her 7 year old self, when her mother started to sexualy obuse her. The destination of the letters is at the intersection of home, togetherness, care and the river of life. Daniela Groza is a non-binary documentary photographer from Constanța, Romania, living in US since 1999. In 2001 she studied Italian Literature and Philosophy at UC Berkeley. After graduation she pursued her love for the culinary arts and worked as a sous chef for a few years. In 2011 she received a scholarship to study documentary photography in Florence. In 2014 she launched Be Kind For Real, an artistic and humanitarian project that gives financial aid to a family in Bucharest. Since 2016 she goes back and forth between Romania and New York, where she works as a cab driver.
