Описание: Many people approach spiritual awakening with the hope that it will rescue them from discomfort, vulnerability, or the unpredictability of life.

In this talk, Amoda gently challenges that assumption. True awakening is not an escape from life, nor a way of protecting the self from pain. It is an intimacy with what is. It is the recognition of that which never changes—the ground of existence, the light or radiance of being—that is present in every experience.

Awareness shines through fear and peace, clarity and confusion, joy and sorrow. Nothing is excluded. When awakening is misunderstood as a method or a destination, it becomes entangled in effort, control, and resistance.

But realization does not come through techniques or strategies. It begins with a simple, and often challenging, willingness to stop demanding a different experience than the one that is happening now.
