Ingredients include:
60 mil/2 oz Plantation Dark Rum
20 mil/.66 oz Cynar
1 Bar spoon - Cinnamon syrup
Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with an orange twist.
