Teddy Bear clinic's Dr Shaheda Omar says cooperation from all sectors
is needed to deal with the spate of crimes that have recently been
visited on children.
Omar was reacting to the discovery of 14-year-old Likhona Fose's body
on Sunday after she disappeared on Saturday.
She says in most cases, children experience abuse at their own homes,
making them the most dangerous places to be for the young.
