The Democratic Alliance in the City of Johannesburg has criticised the
creation of a deputy mayor position, saying it's a waste of public
funds that should instead be directed toward service delivery. This
comes after a motion of no confidence against Mayor Dada Morero was
deferred. Minority Governing Parties deputy secretary Lubabalo
Magwentshu weighs in.
