Описание: As of 22nd June 2016, the Door & Hardware Federation trade body that represents the UK gate & door industry has released a new code of practice. Several key elements of this code of practice have been designed to demystify complex standards and make things clearer for installers & maintainers of gates and barriers to understand.

One area clarified is the definition of lower rail crush or impact hazards on swing gates. This area has always been a concern when addressing safety requirements, as the current BS EN standards did not clearly define any parameters.
