What you'll need:
Filling:
Meat - 800g
Butter - 150g
Bulb onion 1kg
Salt, black pepper, coriander, to taste (other spices are optional)
Water 100ml
Dough:
Warm water - 400ml
Flour - 1kg, of which leave 120g for the parcel
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Salt - 1 tbsp
Gravy
Bulb onions - 2pcs
Carrots - 2 large.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Water - 300ml
Chicken broth - 1 cube.
Salt, black pepper to taste.
Preparation:
1. Knead the dough.
Pour flour, 800g into a bowl, pour in water and vegetable oil, add salt and mix everything well.
When everything is moving well, put the dough on the table and crush for 7-10 minutes, put in a bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2. Preparing the filling.
Put chopped onion in a bowl (you can grate it on a coarse grater or chop finely), salt, pepper, add other spices, minced meat, water 100ml if desired. and mix everything well.
3️. Sculpt manti.
Divide the dough into 3 parts. First we roll one part into a thin layer. Cut with a knife into 10cm squares.
On each piece of dough, put the filling 2 tablespoons and wrap in manti.
Pour water into the lower compartment of the pan and put it on fire.
We put the finished manti in the sheets of the mantle, pre-greased with vegetable oil, dipping each product in vegetable oil.
We put the sheets with bows on the lower compartment of the mantle, cover with a lid and leave to cook for 35-40 minutes after boiling.
4. Gravy.
Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until tender, add tomato paste diluted in 100 ml water and fry for a few more minutes. Add 1 cube of chicken broth and 300 ml of water. Salt and pepper to taste. You need to add less salt, because the broth contains salt.
Serve the gravy separately.
