Three weeks ago I quit scrolling brainrot garbage. Now I'm changing rapidly

Описание: Over three weeks in, this is what I'm going through.
Discussing how quickly I'm changing, and how that's created a feeling of emotional whiplash within me.
Also uncovering and dissecting feelings of loss.

Will be back to exploring some more spiritual elements I'm experiencing in this project - hearing my higher self, etc - in the next video.

The rules I have scaffolded so far in this project:
1. No watching shorts/reels
2. No watching videos under 5 mins long
3. No phone in bed at night (but tablet okay, for reading or watching longer videos)
4. No scrolling in general
5. *New rule I'm adding today* Setting a 2 min timer for scrolling the YouTube home page

You may have thought Rule 4 should've already prevented endlessly scrolling the YouTube home page.... but turns out "No scrolling in general" was too general.

The healthy habits I'm in the process of adding:
1. Journaling
2. Music
3. Meditation
4. Yoga

The book I'm reading:
Your Stone Age Brain in the Screen Age by Richard E. Cytowic
