Lakshmi chowk ki karahi
Ingredients:
Desi chicken karhai cut 1
Turmeric 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 cup
Green chilli sliced 6
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger sliced 4 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Onion 2 medium
Chili powder 1-1/2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add chicken ,onion ,garlic ,chili powder ,turmeric and 4 cup of water bring it to a boil add salt ,coriander powder and cook till then chicken is almost tender .
Reduce the liquid add yogurt and cook on high heat till the liquid dry then add ginger ,green chilli ,coriander and black pepper and fry for 5 minutes and serve .
Mocha Custard Shots
Ingredients:
Vanilla essence ½ cup
Milk 2 cup
Condensed milk 5 tbsp
Coffee 2 tsp
Chocolate grated 1 cup
Cream ½ cup
Whipped cream ½ cup
Chocolate powder ½ cup
Method:
In a cream 1 cup grated chocolate mix and keep a side and 2 cup of milk boiled and mix vanilla custard mix .then 1 minutes cooked and add in a mixture .Now chocolate powder, coffee mixture and condensed milk mix well .After this whipped cream fold and pour in a glass and decorate with cream and cool it then serve.
Sweet Paste
Ingredients:
Butter 1 kg
Eggs 3
Icing Sugar 500 gms
Flour 1400 gms
Salt 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence 2 tbsp
Method:
Beat butter and icing sugar till it’s light and creamy.
Now mix in one egg at a time, lastly add vanilla essence.
Now mix salt in flour and add it to the butter mixture.
Mix all well using hands and refrigerate it for a day. Use it after a day
