He bought a one-way ticket to China and told himself he wouldn't come back until he knew what he was doing. A good factory will send a car for you! How do you know if you are dealing with an owner, an associate, or a trading company?

Jack and Mike describe their technique for making sure their idea for Bed Scrunchie was protected when they began working with overseas manufacturers. What tells you you've got the right guy?
