Recipe
Sauce
1 heaped tsp Lee Kum Kee chilli bean sauce
3 tbls tomato ketchup
1 tsp chilli oil
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbls honey
200 ml water
Potato starch slurry. 1 tbls to 2 tbls water
Veg
1 tbls diced garlic
1/2 sliced green bell pepper
1/2 sliced red bell pepper
1/2 onion sliced
1 red chilli sliced
Method
Stir fry all the veg in vegetable oil until cooked
Next add all the sauce ingredients
Next add the water and thicken with the potato starch slurry
Add crispy chicken bites and fully coat in the sauce. Done
