PROVIDENCE REIGNS❄️👑: This week’s historic blizzard absolutely conquered the city of Providence, Rhode Island, leaving a truck with a trailer stuck in the snow. Video footage shows the wheels struggling to gain traction as a gentleman continues to try and battle the snow with a shovel. By the time the storm passed, nearly 40 inches of snow had fallen across the city.
