This is my Moms recipe for Sweet Plum Jam. It can also be a spicy plum jam by just adding hot pepper.

INGREDIENTS:
Boiling Process-
• 40 Plum
•1tbsp salt
•2 tbsp sugar
Jam -
• 3/4 cup sugar (adjust to your likeness)
•4 leaves of chopped chadon beni/bandhania/culantro
•2 cloves of garlic
•1 large Cinnamon stick
•1 tsp vanilla essence
•2 tbsp of red food colouring
