This creature is not at all unused! It can be found by using the Penguin effect in this area and sliding to the left.
While exploring the game's inner workings, I came across this bizarre green monster in one of Octave's maps. It appears to be completely unused despite being fully programmed to react to several effects, which are shown in the video. I decided to record a full video of it for documentation.
If that weird thing in its center is what I think it is, then it's no wonder it went unused.
