A brief event that occurs through an isolated area in the Rusty Urban Complex, which you can access through the Dream Pool. You need to interact with the operator cyborg while wearing the Plaster Cast.

I found this event interesting, not only for the beautiful artwork and emotional music. I'm not really sure how else to interpret it--but maybe the cyborg didn't feel so lonely anymore after seeing Urotsuki with a bandaged arm like hers. I have a set of headcanons relating to this that tell a different story, but that's for another day.
