1 Pound of Clover Honey
Water Up to 1 Gallon
3 Grams of Lalvin EC-1118
1 Tsp of Fermaid O

Stabilized with Potassium Sorbate & Metabisulfite
Backsweetened with 1/2 Pound of Clover Honey
