Smores Mead Recipe:

2.5 lbs of Clover Honey (Bocheted for 45 minutes)
Water Up to 1 Gallon
2 Grams of Lalvin EC-1118
3 Grams of Fermaid O
-- Stabilized --
2 oz of Toasted Cacao Nibs
24 Graham Crackers
2 oz of Jet Puff
4 oz of Honey
