It’s time to make delicious Chinese Chive pockets. It is also called Chives dumplings. This traditional food is very popular in the Northeast of China. My recipe is adding shrimps and turns out really tasty.

Ingredients(成分): For 8 big pockets（7-8inches diameter）
🌼For dough:
All-purpose flour(面粉) 2 cups
Hot water（热水）70°C 1 cup
🌼For fillings:
Chives (韭菜)200g
Vermicelli （细粉丝）70g
Egg （鸡蛋）4
Shrimp （虾）200g(8 medium size)
Soy sauce（酱油） 1tbsp
Salt （盐）1tsp
White pepper （白胡椒粉）1tsp
Five spices（五香粉） 1tsp
Oyster sauce （蚝油）1tbsp
Sesame oil （芝麻油）1tbsp
Vegetable oil （植物油）2tbsp
