➖ CORRECT DISTANCE // Know your distance! An easy way to do it is to keep arms length + an extra step back.
➖ TECHNIQUE // Tuck your thumbs behind the ball, set your squat position and start your reps!
➖ BREAK PARALLEL // You need to break parallel each time, otherwise you’ll be 0 repped. Your hamstring crease needs to break your knee crease
➖ CATCH & SQUAT // Doing this will speed up your reps and it’s an efficient way of getting through the last station!
