Ch.410: I Was Diagnosed With A Migraine Disorder…What’s Next?

Описание: In the 410th chapter of my story, I talk about being diagnosed with a migraine disorder after seeing a headache specialist last week. This has been really stressful because she said I have to go off my four daily Tylenol, but without a replacement, and my migraines are disabling. So I’m looking for suggestions of things that have worked for other people since the current suggestions haven’t been great fits for me so far! Please let me know what helps your headaches and/or migraines or what you’ve heard from others because I need some other options currently! Thank you!
